Disc Profiling
DISC is a psychometric test, and one of the most highly validated instruments of its kind. It is a forced instrument. DISC style identified the interaction of four factors but strongly argues against any form of labelling. It is a system used to explain behaviour and personality in a way that 'opens' a doorway of communication and self insight. DISC can tell a great deal about:
  • How we are motivated
  • What environment we prefer
  • How we achieve goals
  • How we communicate with others
  • Team coaching
  • How we prefer others to communicate with us

It gives us a picture of how we perceive ourself, how we present ourself to others, and how we behave under pressure.
