Jo’s coaching was a great benefit in helping me to clarify my thinking regarding the future direction of my business activities, and the potential obstructions to these developments. In particular I was able to give structure to my thoughts regarding potential future business activities, and relate apparently disparate activities as a more coherent whole. I have identified clearer steps, and potential timescale towards developing my business……Overall the coaching has helped me to clearly identify what I want to achieve, how it will be achieved, and the context within which I believe I will be able to achieve. I greatly value the inputs from Jo’s Coaching, and would certainly feel comfortable seeking her inputs in the future. |

When I had the coaching sessions I was going through a particularly difficult time at work, and my confidence was low. The coaching sessions reassured me about my actions and reactions. As a result, each session re-energized me and enabled me to face tougher situations. They also made me re-evaluate my situation, look at my core skills and competencies and truly assess whether I was sticking it out in my current job simply because of my own pride. What I’m doing differently in my new job is sticking to the courage of my convictions, and using all the learning’s regarding stakeholder management to my advantage. I think I’m able to continue the dialogue I had with Jo internally, examining my reasons for taking certain actions and for avoiding others, and making a step change in the way I approach my working relationships with colleagues.
Jo’s key strength and what I really appreciate from her was that she listened carefully; asked insightful and challenging questions which really made me challenge my own assumptions about myself, and change things for the better.

Jo has helped, me achieve a very difficult goal, through very difficult circumstances. Her consistent gentle, style has helped me realise what I can achieve and have faith in myself to do it. And yet when it is needed, she has challenged me to realise the true potential of what I can achieve. Jo has been consistent in her indirect way of making me realise my potential, and she has never lost faith in what I can achieve. I feel that I am now able to reflect on my actions far better than before. I have also learned to cut back on saying yes to too many tasks and responsibilities. I can now see a clearer path in both my work & personal life due to Jo’s help.
